Global IT outage: freight updates

On Friday 19th July, an unprecedented global issue has affected many IT systems, impacting numerous ports, customs, airlines, and carriers.
Feedback from some affected areas is limited, and we anticipate further updates throughout the day.
Customs:
- Destin8:
- No reported issues as the system is now operational.
- Netherlands:
- There are no known issues with Dutch customs.
- The Netherlands team is receiving clearances today, with no impact on our overland team in the Netherlands.
- Poland:
- Polish customs have resumed normal services.
Ports:
- Felixstowe:
- The port re-opened at 11:30am on Friday 19th July.
- Port systems and Destin8 is now fully operational with no issues.
- Southampton and London Gateway:
- There is currently no impact in these ports.
- Liverpool:
- The port is now fully operational and currently has no issues.
- Rotterdam:
- ECT Delta and Euromax terminals are now operational.
